NCBC established the Church Rebuilding Project in 1998 to provides technical support and assistance to victims of church arson in the following areas:

Church Rebuilding Working Group/Builds relationships with ecumencial bodies, local churches, business and corporate communities, governmental agencies and pastors from burned churches who continue the work of rebuilding arson churches.

Victim Support

Conducts church rebuilding and construction training.

Maintain list of churches in need of assistance with rebuilding

Seeks and coordinates volunteers to assist with church rebuilding

Identifies donations of resource materials to help cut rebuilding cost
